He kick-started his culinary journey in Manipal, graduating in 1994. He honed his skills at ITC hotels and later soared to New York's Culinary Institute of America. There, he collaborated with culinary giants like Daniel Boulud, Marcus Samuelson, and Albert Adria, gaining international recognition for his innovative cooking. His passion for food knows no bounds, as he continues to delight taste buds worldwide with contemporary cuisine.
